Sunday Reflection Space is a quiet Sunday morning gathering for anyone who wants a calm place to slow down and spend an hour in thoughtful company.

We begin with a reflection prompt and then spend the hour journaling, sipping coffee or tea, listening to music, and simply sharing space together. Some people keep to themselves, some people chat a bit, and sharing anything out loud at the end is always optional.

This is not therapy and not a therapy group. It is simply a peaceful, therapist-held space to pause, reflect, and be around others without pressure to socialize or process out loud.

Coffee, tea, milk, honey, and mugs will be available. You are welcome to bring your own drink or breakfast if you like. Weather permitting and depending on group interest, we may spend part of the hour on the roof overlooking the Manhattan skyline.

Cancellation & Transfers

Because seating is limited and the space is intentionally small, all registrations are considered final after Thursday at 10:00 a.m. prior to the Sunday gathering.

Cancellations made before Thursday at 10:00 a.m. will receive a full refund.

After that time, refunds are not available.

You’re always welcome to transfer your spot to another person by emailing us their name and email before the gathering.

If the gathering does not run due to low enrollment, you will be notified and fully refunded.
