WE ARE EVERY BODY

WE ARE EVERY BODY |

At Every Body Therapy, we offer therapy that is thoughtful, affirming, and clinically grounded. We work with people navigating trauma, body image concerns, eating disorders, anxiety, ADHD, dissociation, relationship struggles, identity exploration, and the complicated realities of being human in a world that often asks too much of us.

Our practice was built on the belief that good therapy should not require you to shrink, translate, or perform your pain in order to be understood. We take your inner life seriously. We listen closely, think deeply, and tailor care to the full context of who you are.

You know yourself best.

Our role is to help you make sense of what you are feeling, understand the patterns that shaped you, and move forward with more clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.

Each therapist on our team is trained in anti-racist, trauma-informed, body-liberation-oriented, and systems-aware care. That is not a box we check. It is an ongoing commitment to learning, reflection, accountability, and meaningful clinical practice.

We bring training, perspective, and experience. You bring your history, instincts, questions, and lived reality. Therapy works best when both are honored. Our job is not to tell you who you are. It is to help you understand yourself more fully and come back into a stronger relationship with your own mind, body, and story.

HOW WE WORK

We do not believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Our clinicians draw from a range of modalities, including EMDR, IFS, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, attachment-based work, and relational approaches, but no model comes before the person in front of us.

We shape treatment around your needs, your goals, your pace, and the kind of support that will actually serve you. The result is care that feels more precise, collaborative, and human.
