Whatever brings you to therapy right now, you don’t have to navigate it alone, and you shouldn’t have to.
Healing isn’t about willpower or ‘figuring it out’ by yourself. It’s about having the right support, helpful tools, and a space where you can show up as you are without judgment.
At Every Body Therapy, we believe mental health isn’t something to be ‘bootstrapped,’ but something to meet with honesty, patience, and compassionate care. Our therapists bring their knowledge of a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches to tailor each session to what works best for you.
While each of our therapists specialize in different areas, we share the collective foundation of inclusive, client–centered therapy. We do not approach care in a color-blind, neutral, "one-size-fits-all" way.
Rather than using one treatment methodology, we use a blend of modalities and therapeutic methods to work with the individual needs of each client.
All sessions are held via HIPAA compliant Teleconferencing or in person in the Midtown, Columbus Circle, FiDi, Gowanus, or Greenpoint offices. Our services vary in cost dependent on several variables, such as which clinician you are seeing and your individual resources.
How we can help —
Therapy isn’t just for moments of crisis — it’s for anyone seeking support, growth, or clarity.

We don't call it "Couples Therapy" for a reason; 1. it's not only for romantic partnerships and 2. not all partnerships are contained to pairs of two! We know that relationships of ALL kinds are subject to conflict, hardship, communication challenges, and dissatisfaction. This is why we are trained in professional, platonic, and familial relationship counseling as well. In relationship counseling, our client is the relationship in front of us, not the people. That's why we strongly encourage all parties to be active in their own individual work before beginning relationship counseling.
Alternative relationships (monogamous, ENM/CNM/poly, queer, genderqueer, and anything between and beyond in identity) are welcome and affirmed here.

Group therapy is an amazing treatment modality that this practice is anchored on due to its emphasis on minimizing a person's sense of isolation and maximizing their sense of community and connection. In other words, we believe it to be the best antidote to the societal harm we aim to combat. Instead of taking marginalized identities and experiences and further dividing them, group therapy lets us clap back and bridge that gap.
We offer a broad array of groups, such as Living With Chronic Illness Support Group, Eating Disorder Processing, Body Image Book Club, New Parents Support Group, Self Worth Intensive, and Queer Womxn's Support Group (by no means an exhaustive list). Groups run once a week for anywhere from 60-75 minutes over the span of 4-12 weeks (each group differs).
