A Good Question | Sunday Morning Reflection

Sunday Morning Reflection is a quiet, therapist-held gathering for people who want a calm place to slow down and spend an hour in thoughtful company. Hosted by Lauren Winick, LCSW.

We begin with a reflection prompt and then spend the hour journaling, sipping coffee or tea, listening to music, and simply sharing space together. Some people keep to themselves, some people chat a bit, and sharing anything out loud at the end is always optional.

This is not therapy or a therapy group. It is simply a peaceful space to pause, reflect, and be around other people without pressure to socialize, perform, or process anything out loud.

Coffee, tea, milk, honey, and pastries will be available. You’re welcome to bring your own drink, breakfast, journal, or whatever helps you settle in.

What this hour usually includes:

  • a thoughtful prompt to reflect on

  • quiet journaling time

  • soft music

  • coffee or tea

  • optional connection with other attendees

  • no pressure to share

  • no pressure to “do it right”

Some people come feeling social. Some don’t. Both are welcome.

Important note
This is not therapy, crisis support, or a processing group. If you are looking for individual therapy or a therapy group, you can learn more about our practice at everybodytherapyny.com.

Refund / cancellation policy
Because seating is limited and the space is intentionally small, registrations are considered final after Thursday, May 14 at 11:00 AM.

Cancellations made before that time will receive a full refund. After that, refunds are not available.

You’re always welcome to transfer your spot to someone else by emailing us their name and email before the gathering.

If the event does not run due to low enrollment, you will be notified and fully refunded.
