That's why we offer a variety of support and therapy group offerings to cater to different needs and interests. We strive to create a nurturing environment where individuals can come together to heal, grow, and support one another.
Please note: all groups are virtual at this time unless otherwise stated.

This virtual group is for people who use marijuana regularly and feel like… it’s complicated. Maybe it helps with anxiety. Maybe it gets in the way of your goals. Maybe it’s both. You don’t have to be ready to quit. You don’t have to call it a problem. You just need to be open to exploring your relationship with cannabis in a space that’s judgement free, including from yourself.
Together, we’ll look at how marijuana fits into your life: emotionally, mentally, physically, and relationally; and consider what you want that relationship to look like moving forward. Grounded in harm reduction, parts work, and nervous system care, this group offers a supportive path toward clarity and self-compassion.
Who:
Adults (21+) seeking support with marijuana cessationWhen:
Every Monday beginning September 7 from 4:00-5:00pm for 10 consecutive weeksWhere:
