We understand the power of connection and support that comes from being in community.
That's why we offer a variety of support and therapy group offerings to cater to different needs and interests. We strive to create a nurturing environment where individuals can come together to heal, grow, and support one another.
Please note: all groups are virtual at this time unless otherwise stated.

This is a weekly group for adults who engage in disordered eating behaviors or thoughts and are thinking about getting support but aren’t quite sure what they need. You don’t need a diagnosis or recovery plan to join, and you definitely don’t have to have it all figured out.
Together, we’ll talk about what it means to live in a body, to have complicated relationships with food, and explore what support could look like — if and when you’re ready.
Who:
Adults of all body sizes, genders, and identities who actively struggle with disordered eating and feel unsure about seeking support or beginning recovery work.When:
To be determined based on group interest and availability. When enough participants express interest, we’ll coordinate a time that works for everyone. This is a 6-session group with each session lasting one hour.Where:

This closed support group for adult children who are estranged from their parent/caregiver offers a supportive and affirming community space where members will be empowered to openly share their experiences with estrangement and parental abuse/trauma that preceded. We will sit with folks as they process things like parental abuse (financial, sexual, physical, mental, emotional, narcissistic and beyond) and exploitation, and explore a variety of related topics such as support systems, coping, post traumatic guilt, self-worth and compassion, trust, and grief.

Living with an "invisible" chronic illness can be an isolating experience, especially when others can't see or understand what you're going through. This group offers a confidential, supportive space for those navigating the emotional and psychological challenges of traditionally non-visible and dynamic illnesses. Together, we will create a community of understanding, validation, and mutual support, where your experience is seen, heard, and respected.
Who:
Adults (18+) living with an “invisible” chronic health condition.When:
Wednesdays from 3-4:15pm EST for eight consecutive weeks starting May 15, 2025.Where:

This 8-week process group is designed to provide a supportive and educational environment for individuals recovering from eating disorders or disordered eating. Combining psychoeducation and community connection, this group offers practical strategies and emotional support to help members heal their relationship with their body and food alongside others on the same journey.
Who:
Adults (18+) of all body, sex, and gender identities managing disordered eating, an eating disorder, or body image concerns. Please note: This is not a replacement for individual therapy or nutrition counseling.When:
Thursdays from 6-7:15pm EST for eight consecutive weeks beginning May 29, 2025.Where:

This group is for women who identify under the queer sexuality umbrella and are seeking community support to address experiences pertaining to identity, erasure, homo/bi/phobia, relationships, social support, imposter syndrome, and systemic oppression.

This support group provides a safe and compassionate space for caregivers of loved ones with chronic illness to share their experiences, navigate challenges, and prioritize their well-being. Members explore the emotional impact of caregiving, develop coping strategies, and learn to set healthy boundaries while maintaining compassionate care.
The group addresses key themes like grief, guilt, envy, stress, and burnout, offering tools to foster healthy relationships, rebuild self-trust, and manage post-traumatic shame.
